Common questions

How do I cancel my OneFit Pro subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not within the app:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select OneFit AI and tap Cancel Subscription

Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.

How do I get a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple, so refund requests must go through Apple directly:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your OneFit AI purchase and select “Request a Refund”

We don't have access to your payment information, so we cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf. If Apple denies your refund and you believe you have a case, email us at [email protected] and we'll do what we can to help.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the OneFit AI app on your new device, sign in with the same account you used before, and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings → Subscription. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, your active subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account permanently from inside the app:

  1. Open OneFit AI and go to Profile
  2. Tap Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data (workouts, meal logs, AI Coach history, body measurements) are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — please cancel it via the App Store first if you have an active Pro plan.

My Apple Watch isn't syncing — what should I do?

Try these steps in order:

  1. Make sure both your iPhone and Apple Watch are on the latest watchOS / iOS
  2. Open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to OneFit AI, and confirm it's installed and Show App on Apple Watch is on
  3. Force-quit OneFit AI on iPhone (swipe up and flick the app away), then reopen
  4. Restart your Apple Watch
  5. If the issue continues, email [email protected] with your watchOS version and the symptoms
The AI Coach isn't responding or gives weird answers

Ori, the AI Coach, occasionally has bad days. If a single response feels off, rephrase your question or start a new chat from Coach → New Chat. If Ori is consistently unresponsive, check your internet connection and force-quit the app.

Coaching responses are AI-generated and not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for serious health concerns.

I want to change my workout plan length or training frequency

You can ask Ori directly to adjust your plan: try “Generate me a 6-week plan, 4 days per week” or “I want shorter workouts”. Ori will regenerate your plan based on your current goals and constraints. Your old plan is archived and your workout history is preserved.

Why doesn't my meal scan recognize the food correctly?

The AI meal scanner works best when the photo:

  • Is taken in good lighting
  • Shows the food clearly without obstructions
  • Is taken from a top-down or 45° angle

If a food is misidentified, you can edit any item or its macros directly in the scan result screen, or tell Ori in plain language what you ate (“I had grilled chicken, brown rice, and broccoli”) for an alternative logging method.

Can I export my workout or nutrition data?

Data export is on our roadmap. In the meantime, if you need a copy of your data (for example, before deleting your account), email us at [email protected] and we'll send you a JSON export of your account.

How does the per-muscle recovery feature work?

OneFit AI tracks fatigue across 22 muscles using an exponential decay model based on your training history. The model factors in:

  • Volume and intensity of recent sets per muscle
  • Time since last training session
  • Your protein intake (low protein slows recovery)
  • Your experience level (advanced lifters recover faster)

The result is a per-muscle status (fatigued, recovering, ready) and an estimated hours-to-recovery. Tap any muscle on the Recovery card to see contributing workouts and recovery modifiers.

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version

  • Steps to reproduce the issue (for bugs)
