Delete your OneFit AI account

Delete it in the app

1. Open OneFit AI and tap your profile picture at the top left of the Home screen
2. Tap App Settings
3. Under Account, tap Delete Account and confirm

This works the same on iPhone and Android.

Delete it without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my OneFit AI account”. If you signed in with Apple or Google, send it from that account's email address. We confirm the request is yours, delete the account, and reply when it is done.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

You can delete individual workouts, meals, weigh-ins and body measurements, and progress photos in the app at any time. To delete anything else, such as your conversations with Ori or what Ori remembers about you, email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in and tell us what to remove. We reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile, goals and preferences
• Workouts, workout plans and personal records
• Meal and nutrition logs
• Weight and body measurements, including weigh-ins imported from Apple Health or Health Connect
• Progress photos
• Conversations with Ori, your AI coach, and anything Ori remembered about you
• Squad memberships and activity

Deletion is completed within 30 days. Data written to Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your phone; remove it in those apps if you want it gone too.

What is kept

We keep only what we are required to: records needed for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes, for as long as the law requires. Anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may also remain. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a OneFit Pro subscription, because Apple and Google bill it. Cancel it first in your App Store subscriptions on iPhone, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions on Android.
